Do you buy second hand instruments ?

Yes, if you have an item you wish to sell please see ‘Something To Sell’ or contact a member of staff for assistance. Without seeing the instrument in person we are unable to give an accurate price on-line or over the phone. Tel: 01202 667320


Can I reserve an instrument ?

Yes, we are happy to hold an item for you up to 1 week. We can even send you the Instrument free of charge to try within your daily routine for up to 14 Days.  Once the 14 Day Period is past full payment will be taken.  If you do not wish to carry on with the period we will arrange to collect the item with a £5.00 collection fee.


Do you offer warranty on your instruments ?

We do not as such offer warranty on our reconditioned instruments, New instruments may come with a manufacturer’s warranty, we are a small independent family company with our pride at stake with ever sale, if you have any issues with your purchase please contact us and we will either fix the issue free of charge or offer you to exchange like for like value.


Can we try an Instrument  before we buy it ?

Yes, all of our instruments are stocked at our store in Poole you can even arrange for a member of staff to assist in store,  We can even send you the Instrument free of charge to try within your daily routine for up to 14 Days.  Once the 14 Day Period is past full payment will be taken.  If you do not wish to carry on with the period we will arrange to collect the item with a £5.00 collection fee.


What if my Instrument is damaged in delivery ?

As much as we try to prevent this from happening there is always the possibility this may happen. We will send all items out with a returns form. Please pack the item up and we will issue a currier to collect the item. We will try and repair any damage or if this is not possible you will be offered a refund or replacement instrument.
