We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase from www.playitagainuk.com, if not we pay for the return to us. This means Free Returns for you. Free Returns are available for 14 days from the day you received delivery. Applies to all products


Money-Back Guarantee


In case you do not like anything, you purchased from us, you can return your order or parts of your order for a full refund of the goods for 30 days this complies with the consumer rights act 2015. The only thing we ask for is that the goods are returned to us in fully resalable and unused condition. We promise you a 30-day Money Back Guarantee from the day you received delivery.


Returns Procedure


Simply email Customer Service at sales@playitagainuk or call 01202 667320 and we will be happy to send you Returns Form to make things easy for you. Even better, we organise and pay for the return back to store.

Returns should be authorised up to 30 days from the day of delivery to you. All refunds will be processed within 48 hours from the day the return was received by our warehouse. Refunds will be made via the payment method and to the account holder or card number originally used for the purchase. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Note: If you send your item back without contacting Customer Services this may slow the process down. And we will not be able to refund your postage costs.


How to Pack Your Item


To prevent the item being damaged in transit please pack your item with supplied materials – (Re-use the packaging material) If you do not state on the returns form the item is damaged and it is damaged in transit this may void your refund.


Returns Not Accepted


We do not accept returns on opened reed’s or mouthpieces due to hygiene, once packaging has been opened it is deemed used. If you have an issue with the item you have been supplied please contact us and we can raise this issue with the supplier. Please notify our Customer Services at sales@playitagainuk or call 01202 667320 if the exterior of the box is damaged or if you think the item may be affected, we will be able to send you a returns form and get a replacement sent.


Cancellation – Consumer Contract Regulation


If you are a Consumer you have the right under the Consumer Contract Regulation to cancel your order or parts of your order you bought from us for a full refund. If you wish to cancel your contract with us you can do so without giving us any reasons within 14 days from the day of delivery. To proceed to cancel your order please write to sales@playitagainuk.com or call 01202 667320 and quote your name and order number.


Bought an item in Store


If you have purchased an item in our Poole store and you wish to return contact Customer Services sales@playitagainuk or the store 01202 667320 and we will send you a returns form please fill this out in full and send a copy of your receipt. If you no longer have your receipt we will not be able to process your return.


Purchased a Reconditioned Instrument within 6-Months


If you have purchased a Reconditioned Instrument within 6-Months we are able to offer you a 70% refund of the purchase price (Buy-Back Guarantee). This will be a separate transaction but will only apply to the name on original order form.
